Staying at Banyan Tree Ungasan was an absolute delight. The rooms are spacious, clean, and boast a private pool and jacuzzi, truly exceeding expectations. The service provided by the team, from recommendations to swift assistance, was top-notch. Located in scenic Bali, the resort offers incredible views and is conveniently close to local attractions. Dining options were extraordinary, although a bit extravagant. Overall, a luxurious stay with excellent value for money.
The hotel offers huge and beautiful rooms with a comfortable bed, though the cleanliness of the second room we stayed in was a concern. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond, but some unconventional practices raised eyebrows. The location is very quiet and relaxing, despite ongoing renovations. The dining experience was extensive, with an out-of-this-world menu. Overall, it's a worthy experience, especially for those appreciating excellent service and great food.
